Scripture: Joshua 1:9 – "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
Warrior, let me ask you this: Are you living a faith that moves? Faith isn’t passive; it demands courage and humility, two traits that rarely walk together but are essential for real leadership. Today, let’s explore how to live out a faith that’s bold yet grounded, a faith that acts in confidence because God is with you.
Joshua 1:9 isn’t a suggestion; it’s a command. God calls us to be strong and courageous, not because of our strength, but because He is with us. That assurance should ignite a boldness in us to lead our families, communities, and those watching our lives. But boldness must walk hand in hand with humility, remembering our strength comes from Him.
Jesus modeled this balance perfectly. He confronted sin with authority but humbled Himself to wash His disciples’ feet. That’s our example. Courage to stand firm when it matters, and humility to serve with love.
