“Integrating Physical and Spiritual Routines: Develop a daily routine that includes both physical exercise and spiritual disciplines such as prayer, Scripture study, and worship. Let each activity enhance the other, creating a rhythm of holistic health.”

Implementing this focus point has changed my relationship with God the better. A routine establishes the importance of our relationship with Our Father, and signifies that we have conscientiously decide to put that relationship first— before anything else.

This is my routine as an example:

Wake up between 5am & 6am

Use the Abide app for prayer and meditating on scripture (10-15 minutes)

Do a series of stretching and calisthenic exercises. (5-10 minutes)

Listen to and read my daily devotions. (about 15 minutes)

Journal what ever God has laid on my heart. (about 5-10 minutes)

Pray with my husband about what ever is on our hearts that day. (5 minutes)

This is how I spend the 1st hour of my day everyday.
