I associate or anologize every thing in life to my career in the Army my mind still has to transition but it is hard 😃 but good is i have learned to use this to benchmark the bone shaking spirit wrenching near death experiences in the military to this spiritual war we are fighting now. You mentioned Beacons. Aircraft pilots carry Beacons if they are lost they have a way for saving. Good for us Christ has beckoned us to Ask Seek Knock (ASK)

Sometimes being a silent witness through our actions as well, giving much needed streams of refreshing replenishing water from the very throne of Heaven itself to those parched and scorched by our ever present day realities.
