“But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.’” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (ESV)
My Son,
You’ve been hard on yourself. I see it. You measure your worth by your failures, your leadership by your results, and your love by your performance. But that’s not how I see you.
You are the husband I created—not because you’ve gotten everything right, but because I am with you in everything.
I see the way you show up even when you feel empty. I’ve watched you stay faithful when it’s hard, speak gently when you’d rather be silent, and love sacrificially when no one else noticed.
You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
Every time you chose to stay when quitting felt easier, every time you prayed when answers didn’t come, every time you led with tears in your eyes and weariness in your bones—I was there. Cheering. Strengthening. Smiling over you.
You are not alone in this calling. I’m walking with you. I’ve placed My Spirit within you. And I haven’t called you to lead from your own strength—but from Mine.
Don’t let shame steal your voice. Don’t let regret define your future. My grace covers your past. My Spirit empowers your present. And My promise secures your tomorrow.
You don’t need to compare yourself to other men. I didn’t ask you to be them—I asked you to be Mine.
Keep pursuing her heart. Keep protecting the covenant. Keep leading, even when it feels like stumbling forward.
You are becoming more like Me every time you choose to love, serve, and sacrifice.
You are the husband I created you to be.
—Your Father
