Ephesians 4:14-15 – "Then we will no longer be infants... Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ."
"My son,
I see you. I see your desire to please Me, your hunger to grow, and your frustration when you stumble. But I want you to hear this clearly—I'm not asking you for perfection. I’m calling you higher.
Maturity in Me isn’t about never falling. It’s about standing up, listening to My voice, and walking forward again with your eyes fixed on Jesus. You are not a child tossed back and forth by the waves of this world. You are My son—strong, steady, and filled with My Spirit.
There will be times when truth feels uncomfortable. That’s okay. I speak it in love. I correct not to shame, but to sharpen. I discipline because I delight in you. Growth isn’t instant, but it is inevitable for those who stay rooted in Me. You’re not who you were—and you’re not yet who you will become—but I’m shaping you every day into the image of My Son.
Let Me remind you: the measure of your maturity isn’t in how loud your faith sounds, but in how deeply it’s lived. Speak truth, but speak it in love. Build others up. Lead with humility. Forgive quickly. Stay grounded in My Word. These are the marks of a grown man of God.
And when you feel weak? That’s when I do My best work in you. Lean into Me, and I’ll carry you. Let Me stretch you, refine you, grow you—not just for your sake, but for those I’ve called you to lead.
Son, you are not stuck. You are being strengthened. You are not failing. You are following. You are not alone. I’m walking this journey with you—every step forward, every tear, every victory.
I’m proud of you. Keep going.
With all My love,
Your Father
