In the rugged crags of Patmos, where the Aegean Sea kisses the sky, I’ve found solace in simplicity. This rocky refuge, it’s a far cry from the bustling shores of Galilee where I spent my youth. Time has whisked away like a leaf on the current; it’s been fifty years or so since Peter and I, just rough-and-tumble fishermen, heard a call that changed everything. And now, with the same sea whispering tales of bygone days, I sit and ponder those moments that still blaze like an unfading sunset.
