My Name Is Nahum...
I unfold before you the burden that has heavily lingered upon my heart and soul...
Beloved Brethren in the Faith,
I greet you with the eternal peace that surpasses all understanding, even amidst the shadows cast by oppression and wickedness in our times. My name is Nahum, born of the land of Elkosh, and though our paths may not cross upon this earthly realm, our spirits are undoubtedly knit together through the tapestry of faith and anticipation of the Divine’s sovereign justice.
In this letter, inscribed from my sojourn on this world during the times of 663 BC to 612 BC, I unfold before you the burden that has heavily lingered upon my heart and soul – a message of both divine judgements upon the wicked and the hopeful assurance of God’s unfailing stronghold for those who steadfastly abide in His righteousness.
