My Name Is Barak...

Dear Followers of the Living God,

My name is Barak, son of Abinoam, from Kedesh in Naphtali. I write this letter to share with you the miraculous deeds of the Lord, which I witnessed firsthand during a pivotal moment in Israel's history. My journey, intertwined with that of Deborah the prophetess, is a testimony to God's power and His ability to use those who trust in Him to accomplish great victories.

In the days when Israel was oppressed by King Jabin of Canaan, whose commander, Sisera, terrorized our land with his iron chariots, the Lord chose to act through His servants. Deborah, a prophetess and judge, was a beacon of wisdom and guidance during those dark times. It was she who called upon me, delivering a command from God that I was to mobilize ten thousand men from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun to confront Sisera's formidable army at Mount Tabor.
