How They Are Trying To Stop The Prophecy of Jesus’ Return
TODAY’S FOCUS IS: Exposing the Global Plot to Erase Israel and Delay Christ’s Return
“I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” —Genesis 12:3 (ESV)
The Ancient War Behind Today's Headlines
There’s a war raging. Not just the kind you see on the evening news with missiles and tanks. This one is older. More spiritual. And infinitely more dangerous.
It’s the war to erase Israel from the map, to remove the Jewish people from the earth, and to redefine God’s promises until they seem like just another myth.
It’s the war to stop the prophecy of Jesus’ return.
Satan has always known that his time is short. But ever since the resurrection, he’s had one burning mission: prevent the Second Coming at all costs.
How?
By attacking the one thing Jesus must return to—His people and His land.
1. The War to Remove the Jews Is as Old as the Hills
This didn’t start in 1948 or 1967. It started in Genesis, in Egypt, in Babylon, in Rome. The Jews have been scattered, enslaved, hunted, and hated—not because of who they are, but because of Who chose them.
Satan knows the Jews are God’s prophetic timepiece. Israel is the epicenter of God's redemptive plan, and as long as the Jews exist, so does the undeniable evidence that God keeps His promises.
So what’s Satan’s strategy? Simple: Wipe them out. Erase the evidence. Silence the story.
That’s why we hear chants like:
“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”
Sounds political, right? But spiritually, it's a declaration of war on God's covenant.
That phrase doesn’t mean peace. It means the total destruction of Israel—from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. No Jews. No Jerusalem. No prophecy.
2. The War to Rename Israel
When the name “Israel” is replaced with “Occupied Palestine,” something far deeper than geography is at play. It’s not about land—it’s about legitimacy.
If Satan can rename the land, he can try to rewrite the narrative.
Think about it: if the world no longer recognizes Israel as a nation, or Jerusalem as her capital, how then can Jesus return to “stand on the Mount of Olives” (Zechariah 14:4)? How can He reign from David’s throne in a city that no longer exists—at least on paper?
This is the enemy’s attempt to cut the cord between prophecy and fulfillment.
He knows the Word of God better than most Christians. And he’s terrified of it coming true.
3. Replacement Theology: The Devil’s Favorite Doctrine
You’ve heard it before, maybe even from a pulpit:
“The Church has replaced Israel.”
“God is done with the Jews.”
“The promises are now spiritual.”
That’s Replacement Theology—and it’s not just bad doctrine; it’s spiritual sabotage.
Let’s be clear: this lie is designed to make Christians apathetic toward Israel. If Israel no longer matters, then who cares if she’s under attack? If the Jews are no longer God’s people, why should we stand up for them?
But Romans 11 blows this nonsense out of the water:
“Has God rejected His people? By no means!” —Romans 11:1 (ESV)
“The gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” —Romans 11:29 (ESV)
Replacement Theology isn’t just theologically weak—it’s spiritually corrosive. It prepares the Church to ignore prophecy, misread Scripture, and worst of all… stand idle while Israel bleeds.
4. Will Jesus Still Return If…?
Let’s get real for a moment.
Will the prophecy of Jesus' return stop if there is no place for Jesus to return to?
Will it stop if there is no Israel?
Will it stop if Replacement Theology is true?
Here’s the answer: God’s Word cannot be broken.
But that doesn’t mean the enemy won’t try.
If Israel is wiped out, the world will say, “The Bible failed.”
If Jerusalem is divided and desecrated, they’ll claim prophecy was just symbolic.
If the Church believes it has replaced Israel, then Satan’s got a sleeping giant on his hands—too distracted to pray, too confused to act.
This is why the attack is so intense. This is why the deception is so layered. Satan wants to break the connection between Christ’s return and the land He’s promised to return to.
5. Islam's War to Validate Allah
Let’s not dance around this.
The Islamic effort to erase Israel is deeply theological, not just political.
If Jesus returns to Jerusalem, Allah is proven false.
If Israel survives and thrives, Yahweh is exalted.
If the Jews are restored, the Quran is invalidated.
That’s why radical Islamic ideologies are obsessed with wiping Israel off the map. It’s not about land—it’s about spiritual supremacy.
This is why the Temple Mount is such a hot zone. Whoever controls it isn’t just claiming real estate—they’re staking a claim to truth.
6. How Do We Counter This Movement?
Warriors, this is where we rise. We don’t fight with flesh and blood—we fight with truth, prayer, and unwavering conviction.
Here’s how:
✅ 1. Preach the Full Counsel of God
Teach the whole Bible—including God’s covenant with Israel and the prophecies of Christ’s return. Don’t sanitize Scripture to fit modern narratives.
✅ 2. Stand with Israel—Boldly
This isn’t about politics—it’s about prophecy. Supporting Israel doesn’t mean agreeing with every policy. It means aligning with God’s heart and promises.
✅ 3. Expose the Lies of Replacement Theology
Call it what it is: a satanic attempt to rewrite the story of redemption. Help believers understand that God is not done with Israel—He’s just getting started.
✅ 4. Intercede for the Peace of Jerusalem
Psalm 122:6 commands us to “pray for the peace of Jerusalem.” This isn’t optional. It’s spiritual warfare. When you pray for Jerusalem, you’re advancing God’s plan.
✅ 5. Wake Up the Sleeping Church
Too many churches are asleep at the wheel. It’s time to sound the alarm. Teach prophecy. Talk about Israel. Prepare the Bride for the return of the Bridegroom.
Conclusion: God’s Prophecy Cannot Be Stopped
Satan may scheme. Nations may rage. The world may conspire. But the Word of God will not fail.
“Not one word of all the good promises that the Lord had made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass.” —Joshua 21:45 (ESV)
The King is coming.
And when He returns, it will be to Jerusalem, not Rome.
To a Jewish people, not a forgotten remnant.
To fulfill every promise, not just the ones the Church prefers.
Let the world try to erase the prophecy. Let the nations try to break the covenant.
They will fail. Because God never lies.
Challenge of the Week
Read Romans 9–11 and Psalm 122.
Pray daily for the peace and protection of Israel.
Teach or share one truth this week about God’s eternal covenant with the Jewish people.
Let’s Pray
Father, awaken Your Church. Expose every lie that tries to erase Your promises. Give us boldness to stand with Israel and proclaim the soon return of Jesus. Strengthen our resolve and fill us with truth, power, and love. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
