I believe in 100% transparency, and I’m often asked, "How do you publish so many podcasts and articles every week?" The answer isn’t magic—it’s a combination of discipline, strategy, and prayer. My process is built on a structured Daily Method of Operation (DMO) that allows me to create two podcasts per day, seven days a week, while ensuring that every episode remains Spirit-led, Bible-based, and impactful.

Here’s how I do it.

1. Biblical Word Search & Weekly Planning

Every week starts with a Biblical word search to identify the central theme for both of my podcasts. This isn’t random—I seek a topic that God is impressing on my heart, something that will speak directly to the spiritual battles and victories my listeners are facing.

Once the theme is chosen, I outline seven days of content for each podcast, ensuring that every episode has a clear direction, a relevant scripture, and a compelling message.

Example of a Weekly Assignment:

Day 1: "Lone Wolves Don’t Last: Why Every Man Needs Brotherhood"
📖 Scripture: Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 – "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."
🔹 Summary: Many men try to walk their faith journey alone, but isolation is dangerous. This episode kicks off the week by explaining why every man needs brothers in Christ to walk with, fight with, and stand strong with.

This seven-day outline keeps me focused and prevents me from scrambling for content last minute. It ensures that every episode is intentional, not rushed.

2. Uniformity Through a Podcast Format Template

A structured podcast template is key to producing consistent, high-quality content. I’ve developed a format that I follow for every episode, which includes:

Introduction – A strong opening that grabs attention.
Scripture – The foundation of the message.
Main Message – A deep dive into the topic with stories, insights, and practical applications.
Call to Action – A challenge or step listeners can take to apply the message.
Prayer & Closing Encouragement – Ending each episode with hope and direction.

Having a set structure eliminates decision fatigue, allowing me to focus on delivering powerful, Spirit-led messages rather than getting stuck in the logistics.

3. Leveraging ChatGPT as a Tool (Not a Crutch)

Let me be very clear—I do not rely on ChatGPT to write my content for me. Every word I produce is inspired by the Holy Spirit and written by me. However, like any good craftsman, I use tools to refine and enhance my work.

How I Use ChatGPT:

✅ Grammar & Typo Cleanup – I write the content, and ChatGPT helps clean up messy grammar.
✅ Formatting Assistance – I input my structured notes, and ChatGPT organizes them into a readable format.
✅ Time-Saver – Instead of spending hours tweaking minor errors, I use ChatGPT to streamline the process.

What I Do Not Use ChatGPT For:
❌ Generating ideas or sermons—it all comes from prayer and scripture study.
❌ Creating full episodes—I write my content first.
❌ Adding anything extra—I review everything to ensure it's Biblically sound.

ChatGPT is a tool, not a replacement for the Holy Spirit’s guidance—just like Spell Check, Grammarly, or a trusted editor.

4. The Reality: Hard Work, Long Hours, & Prayer

Yes, I put in 14 to 16 hours per day. There’s no shortcut to excellence. After writing, I still have to:

🎙️ Record each episode.
🎧 Edit the audio.
📢 Post & Distribute across multiple platforms.
📲 Engage with listeners and promote the content.

It’s an intense process, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. At every step, I pray for discernment, wisdom, and peace, trusting that the messages I share will impact lives for the Kingdom of God.
